why a house is so much better than an apartment part one

Because we can play the piano as

LOUD,

LONG

&
LATE

as we want!
(Well, at least until Jaden goes to bed, anyway)

It's amazing how paranoid we've been about everything with neighbors in such close proximity.
I still feel bad every time Jaden cries late at night or early in the morning, when we use loud tools, watch a movie etc.
I wonder how long it will take us to stop thinking, "But the neighbors..."

Our home has gotten very musical all of a sudden, which we love!
Our goal is to make sure this kid develops rhythm :)
